Playdough, plasticine, home made play dough-- all great for developing grip strength essential for writing! My Montessori version of Playdough is shown below: offering only one color at a time, on a tray, with one tool. With this one, we were practicing cutting with this butter knife, but that can easily be changed out if interest fades! Stamps, rollers, slicers, cutters, are all great tools to use!
